  1. How do I download the Casino software?

    To download the Casino click the 'Download Casino' link above. You will then see a pop up box which requires you to click on Run. Once this has been done you will be asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions. Upon agreement the Casino will load automatically. You will find after you have exited the Casino that a short cut has been created on the desktop.

  2. How many games are there in the Casino?

    Our Casino has over 300 games including our Gold range. Games which take longer to load will stream in the background while you play other games, meaning you don’t have to wait for lengthy downloads.

  3. How big is the download?

    The software download is approximately 5MB.

  4. What connection do I need?

    We recommend a connection of at least 56K and a platform no older than Windows 95. The faster your connection, the better your playing experience will be.

  1. I want some practice before I start mixing it with the big boys, how do I do this?

    That’s not a problem. To do this: register an account as ‘guest’ after downloading the Casino software. This will allow you to play with pretend money to explore and learn the games. Please keep a note of our account number as you will need it when you login or upgrade to a full player. If you register primarily as a guest player and wish to play for Real you will be given this option when you do so.

    When you receive a newsletter from us, click “Unsubscribe” which is located at the bottom of the email and that will remove your name from our mailing list.

  2. How do I deposit Casino Credits?

    In order to make a Deposit you must first download and install our software. After installation, you will need to open a real money account. Upon opening your account you will receive your Username and Password. You are now ready to deposit credits into your account.

  6. How do I make a FirePay deposit?

    FirePay is a free, secure and convenient payment method which can be likened to a virtual Debit or Credit Card. All you need to do is simply deposit funds into your FirePay account and then use it to make payments or transfer funds online.

    Firepay requires a US bank account.

    You must ensure that the e-mail address you register with FirePay is the same as the one registered on your Casino account. If the e-mail addresses are different, you can change the email address in your FirePay account so that they correspond.

  7. How do I increase deposit limits?

  8. How do I withdraw Casino credits?

    Click on the ‘Bank’ tab in the casino lobby, then select ‘withdrawal’ and enter the amount you wish to withdraw from your account.

    Our policy is to return withdrawals to the account of your purchase (i.e. if you purchased Using Neteller, you will be refunded to the same Neteller account). However, this is sometimes not possible, typically when credit cards are used for purchases.

    In such cases, to save you time and allow your withdrawal to be processed as quickly as possible, we ask you to provide us with an Alternative Method of Payment. You will only have to enter the details once and you can change your preferred method at any time.

  9. Can I reverse my withdrawal after requesting it?

    When you submit a withdrawal request its status is labeled as ‘Pending’. This will record your cash-in with us immediately and your cash-in will be placed in a pending account for 48 hours. During this period you will be able to reverse all or part of your cash-in.

    In order to reverse a withdrawal, simply select ‘reverse withdrawal’ from the withdrawal page and follow the instructions.

  10. How long does it take to receive my withdrawal?

    Neteller - Withdrawals from your account to Neteller are usually processed within 24 hours, however, please allow up to 72 hours. There is no charge for withdrawals.

    Check - You can choose between a check being posted or couriered to the address you supplied the casino with when registering. There are no charges for a check sent by ordinary mail. Courier fees will depend on your location and are deducted from your withdraw amount. Checks over $1,000 are couriered free of charge. Please allow up to 30 Days for your check to arrive. Please note that fluctuating exchange rates may affect the payout amount. Exchange rates will apply to the date that the withdrawal was processed.

    ACH - Receive your winnings directly to your US bank account. Just select the ACH option when you withdraw. Available to US account holders only. The time taken for money to appear in your account is very much dependent on the bank. However the process usually takes a few days.

    Wire Transfer - Receive your winnings directly into your bank account. You will be asked to provide your bank details after selecting this option.

  11. How do I check my deposit and withdrawal history?

    You can track and audit your financial activity at any time. We provide you with your Cash History using CashCheck, a web-based tool that allows customers to view full details of their purchases and cash-ins in a bank-like statement.

    To view your CashCheck statement select ‘view banking history’ from Your Account in the main menu bar of the casino or simply press F4.

    Firstly, disconnect and attempt to re-launch the client. If this still doesn’t work, check your firewall – it may be that you have restrictions in place. If you are still experiencing problems please contact our Helpdesk and we will liaise with our technical department to get you some help.   2. What happens if the connection is terminated while I am playing?

    If the request has not reached the gaming server then no bet is recorded and your account balance will not change.

    If the request has reached the server then the bet will play. Your account will be amended according to the result when you re-connect.

    When you reconnect to the Casino, you will join the game where you were on disconnection.
